Campaign Description
Our nonprofit will use Zoom’s texting service exclusively for internal communication among staff members. The use case includes operational updates, meeting reminders, and staff announcements. Messages will be limited to internal team communication and will not involve any external clients, partners, or marketing purposes. The volume of messages will remain low.
Call-to-Action/Message Flow
Opt-in to the campaign is established during the onboarding process for new employees. As part of this process, employees provide their contact information and explicitly consent to receive text messages related to their work. This is documented in our internal communications policy, which is acknowledged and signed by all staff members. No public-facing opt-in is required, as the service is limited to internal use only.
Use Case – Low Volume Mixed
Internal communication will involve occasional messages regarding operational updates, reminders, and announcements, keeping the message volume low.
